Is Samsung working on a foldable display for 2016?

Samsung has been reportedly working on foldable smartphones for over a couple years.
After introducing curved display, Samsung is now looking forward to bring smartphones with foldable display as early as January next year. Samsung has been reportedly working on foldable smartphones for over a couple years and the electronics giants is also showcasing prototypes of foldable displays as well.
According to GforGames, Samsung has dubbed the foldable smartphone as Project Valley.
The first smartphone might be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 620 or Snapdragon 820 SoC. The report also claimed that the first foldable smartphone will offer 3GB RAM and support for expandable storage.
Snapdragon 820 is yet to be announced by Qualcomm and other reports stated that Samsung might be testing the upcoming chipset for its future flagship.
